Downregulation of microRNA-122 promotes proliferation, migration, and invasion of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells by activating epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
TL;DR: Downregulation of miR-122 promoted proliferation, migration, and invasion of human HCC cells by targeting Wnt1 and regulating Wnt/β-catenin pathway which activated the EMT pathways.
miR-20a inhibits the killing effect of natural killer cells to cervical cancer cells by downregulating RUNX1.
Zhu Suoyu,Qunying Wu,Chenxia Zhang,Qiong Wang,Jing Ling,Xian-Ting Huang,Xia Sun,Ming Yuan,Dan Wu,Huafang Yin +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, miR-20a attenuated the killing effect of NK cells to cervical cancer cells by directly targeting runt-related transcription factor 1 (RUNX1).

Clinicopathological characteristics and survival outcomes in neuroendocrine prostate cancer: A population-based study.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the clinicopathological features and the survival outcomes of neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC) patients and found that age, histologic subtype, and stage were independent prognostic factors for NEPC patients.

Relationship between gastric cancer tau protein expression and paclitaxel sensitivity.
TL;DR: The level of Tau protein expression is significantly correlated with paclitaxel efficacy, and it is speculated that the Tau protein can be another useful marker of gastric cancer, thereby leading to the application of pac litaxel in cancer treatment.

Association between EGFR mutation and expression of BRCA1 and RAP80 innon-small cell lung cancer
TL;DR: The results show that non-small cell lung cancer has an association with smoking and BRCA1 and RAP80 expression in the development and progression of NSCLC has a close relationship.
