Damage location, quantification and characterization of steel-concrete composite beams using acoustic emission
TL;DR: In this paper , a structural health monitoring of steel-concrete composite beams using acoustic emission (AE) measurements has been proposed, where the damage-induced AE sources were located more accurately based on empirical wavelet transform (EWT), Akaike information criterion (AIC) and genetic algorithm (GA), where EWT and AIC together helped to determine the exact arrival times of AE waves in the presence of serious attenuation, reflection, scattering and dispersion of AE wave and high operational noise of the structure.

Loading condition monitoring of high-strength bolt connections based on physics-guided deep learning of acoustic emission data
TL;DR: A physics-guided deep learning framework integrates supervised and unsupervised learning to diagnose damage mechanisms and identify loading stages of high-strength bolt connections using acoustic emission data, achieving higher accuracy than traditional labeling methods.

Structure-based Design of Peptides with High Affinity and Specificity to HER2 Positive Tumors.
Lingling Geng,Zihua Wang,Xiaoliang Yang,Dan Li,Lian Wenxi,Zhichu Xiang,Weizhi Wang,Xiangli Bu,Wenjia Lai,Zhiyuan Hu,Qiaojun Fang +10 more
TL;DR: Fluorescence imaging of peptides against nude mice xenografted with SKBR3 cells indicated that both peptides have strong affinity and high specificity to HER2 positive tumors.

Proteomic profiling of RAW264.7 macrophage cells exposed to graphene oxide: insights into acute cellular responses.
Xiaoliang Yang,Yan Zhang,Wenjia Lai,Wenjia Lai,Zhichu Xiang,Bin Tu,Bin Tu,Dan Li,Dan Li,Xiaohui Nan,Xiaohui Nan,Chunying Chen,Zhiyuan Hu,Qiaojun Fang +13 more
TL;DR: Proteomics based on stable isotope labeling with amino acids in cell culture to quantify the proteomic changes in macrophage RAW 264.7 cells found 73 proteins that were significantly dysregulated after GO treatment, confirming a GO concentration-dependent increase in membrane rafts and the production of phagosomes.
