Effects of specific surface area of electrode and different electrolyte on capacitance properties in nano porous-structure CrN thin film electrode for supercapacitor
Jing Shi,Bailing Jiang,Zheng Liu,Cong Li,Fangyuan Yan,Xiansheng Liu,Hongtao Li,ChaoYang,Dan Dong +8 more
TL;DR: The relationship between the thickness and the specific surface area of the film directly affects the capacitance and electrochemical stability performance of super supercapacitors, which virtually affects the contact chance of ion in the electrolyte on the surface of electrode and the ion transport path of electrode as discussed by the authors.

Effect of graphite target power density on tribological properties of graphite-like carbon films
TL;DR: In this article, a series of graphite-like carbon (GLC) films with different graphite target power densities were prepared by magnetron sputtering, and the valence bond and microstructure of films were characterized by AFM, TEM, XPS and Raman spectra.

Sputtered titanium nitride films on nanowires Si substrate as pseudocapacitive electrode for supercapacitors
Jing Shi,Bailing Jiang,Zheng Liu,Cong Li,Fangyuan Yan,Xiansheng Liu,Hongtao Li,Chao Yang,Dan Dong,Juan Hao +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the silicon nanowires/titanium nitride electrode (Si NWs/TiN) was prepared by depositing TiN onto the etched Si nanwires by direct current magnetron sputtering.

Thermal stabilization of nanocrystalline promoting conductive corrosion resistance of TiN–Ag films for metal bipolar plates
TL;DR: In this paper, the microstructures of TiN-Ag nanocomposite were characterized at different temperatures with thermal stabilization, and the results showed that the TiN−Ag film possesses the hydrophobic property with a static water contact angle of 106.7° at 350°C.

Sand erosion and crack propagation mechanism of Cr/CrN/Cr/CrAlN multilayer coating
Di Wang,Songsheng Lin,Tian Tian,Ming-Xia Liu,G. R. Chang,Dan Dong,Jing Shi,Mingjiang Dai,Bailing Jiang,Ke-song Zhou +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the influence of various modulation ratios on microstructure and Al 2 O 3 sand erosion behavior of multilayer coatings is systematically studied, and it is determined that coating cracking is caused by high tensile stress under CrAlN layer.
