Hepatic IRF8 expression suppresses hepatocellular carcinoma progression and enhances the response to anti-PD-1 therapy.
Hongxi Wu,Yan Li,Guangjiang Shi,Shijia Du,Xiaobin Wang,Wanli Ye,Zixuan Zhang,Ya Chu,Shuqian Ma,Dajia Wang,Yuan Li,Zhen Chen,Lutz Birnbaumer,Zhu Wang,Yong Yang +14 more
TL;DR: This work identified IRF8 as an important prognostic biomarker in HCC patients which predicted the response and sensitivity to anti-PD-1 therapy and uncovered it as a new therapeutic target for enhancing the efficacy of immune therapy.

Hepatic interferon regulatory factor 8 expression suppresses hepatocellular carcinoma progression and enhances the response to anti–programmed cell death protein‐1 therapy
Hongxi Wu,Yan Li,Guangjiang Shi,Shijia Du,Xiaobin Wang,Wanli Ye,Zixuan Zhang,Ya Chu,Shuqian Ma,Dajia Wang,Yuan Li,Zhen Chen,Lutz Birnbaumer,Zhu Wang,Yong Yang +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the interferon signaling pathway plays a critical role in modulating the efficacy and sensitivity of anti-PD-1 therapy against multiple tumor types, but the mechanisms are unclear.

Asymmetric distribution of CRUMBS polarity complex proteins from compacted 8-cell to blastocyst stage during mouse preimplantation development.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the early developmental temporal and spatial expression of the main CRUMBS polarity complex proteins in the mouse preimplantation embryo and found that the asymmetric distribution of these polarity proteins is not established until the compacted 8-cell stage.

A novel c.64G > T (p.G22C) NR5A1 variant in a Chinese adolescent with 46,XY disorders of sex development: a case report
Danyang Zhang,Dajia Wang,Ya-Jie Tong,Mingyu Li,Ling-qin Meng,Qiutong Song,Ying Xin +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a 13-year-old Chinese adolescent with absent Müllerian derivatives and suspected testis in the inguinal area was diagnosed with 46,XY disorders of sex development (DSD), and a novel variation in nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 1 (NR5A1) [c.64G > T (p.G22C)] was identified in the patient.
A novel inhibitor of ARfl and ARv7 induces protein degradation to overcome enzalutamide resistance in advanced prostate cancer
Yan Li,Ya Chu,Guangjiang Shi,Xiaobin Wang,Wanli Ye,Chun-wen Shan,Dajia Wang,Ding-wen Zhang,Wei He,Jingwei Jiang,Shuqian Ma,Yuhong Han,Zhi-li Zhao,Shijia Du,Zhen Chen,Zhiyu Li,Yong Yang,Chen Wang,Xi Xu,Hongxi Wu +19 more
TL;DR: In this article , a small molecule LLU-206 was designed based on the ENZ structure and exhibited potent inhibition of both ARfl and constitutively active ARv7 to inhibit PCa proliferation and suppress ENZR in CRPC.
