Passive immune-prophylaxis against influenza virus infection by the expression of neutralizing anti-hemagglutinin monoclonal antibodies from plasmids.
Tatsuya Yamazaki,Maria Nagashima,Daisuke Ninomiya,Yuka Arai,Yasutomo Teshima,Akira Fujimoto,Akira Ainai,Hideki Hasegawa,Joe Chiba +8 more
TL;DR: Passive immune-prophylaxis with gene transfer using the plasmid encoding neutralizing mAbs may provide effective protection against viral infections, including IFV.

Hyperuricemia is associated with all-cause mortality among males and females: Findings from a study on Japanese community-dwelling individuals
TL;DR: In this article , the association between SUA and survival prognosis among males and females based on a follow-up period of 7 or 19 years was examined, and a Cox proportional hazards model analysis was conducted and was adjusted for possible confounders to estimate hazard ratios (HRs).

Tatsuya Yamazaki,Maria Nagashima,Daisuke Ninomiya,Akira Ainai,Akira Fujimoto,Isao Ichimonji,Hidekazu Takagi,Naoko Morita,Kenta Murotani,Hideki Hasegawa,Joe Chiba,Sachiko Akashi-Takamura +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a plasmid encoding neutralizing IgG monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against A/PR/8/34 influenza virus (IAV) hemagglutinin (HA) was generated.
Association between alanine aminotransferase and all‐cause mortality rate: Findings from a study on Japanese community‐dwelling individuals
TL;DR: It is shown that abnormally low ALT levels and high within the normal range were related to all-cause mortality in Japan's community-dwelling individuals.
