TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a criticality alarm device capable of monitoring neutron ray from an ordinary state to a critical accident, which includes a proportional counter tube 6 which is applied with B as a neutron conversion material; and a signal processor 8 that separates an output signal output from the proportional counter tubes 6 into a pulse system area and a campbell system area, and in the pulse systems area, calculates a measured value based on the output signal, and when any measured value in the respective areas exceeds a preset measured value, outputs an alarm signal.
