NO adsorption behaviors of the MnOx catalysts in lean-burn atmospheres
TL;DR: Findings show that the α-Mn₂O₃ material is a promising NO(x) adsorber forLean-burn exhausts even at low operating temperatures and presents the efficiently reversible NO adsorption/desorption performance in alternative lean-burn/fuel-rich atmospheres.

Single-Drop Raman Imaging Exposes the Trace Contaminants in Milk
TL;DR: By developing SDRI strategy that incorporates the coffee-ring effect for sample pretreatment and discrete wavelet transform for spectra processing, the method serves well to expose typical hazardous molecular species in milk products, such as melamine, sodium thiocyanate and lincomycin hydrochloride, with little sample preparation.

Note: A NDIR instrument for multicomponent gas detection using the galvanometer modulation
TL;DR: This paper proposes a NDIR instrument using the galvanometer modulation, which has a common optical path for multicomponent gas detection and has been successfully used to measure the main gas components of vehicle emissions.

Raman Spectroscopy for Pharmaceutical Quantitative Analysis by Low-Rank Estimation.
TL;DR: A simple and feasible Raman spectroscopic analysis method by Low-Rank Estimation (LRE) is proposed, used for the quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical mixtures and the accuracy and robustness of Partial Least Squares and Support Vector Machine (SVM) chemometric models can be improved by the LRE method.
A calibration transfer methodology for Standardization of Raman instruments with different spectral resolutions using Double Digital Projection Slit
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple and reliable calibration transfer method based on Double Digital Projection Slit (DDPS) is proposed, which can standardize the spectral resolution between different Raman instruments.
