Adjoint Optimisation for Wind Farm Flow Control with a Free-Vortex Wake Model
TL;DR: In this article , a control-oriented free-vortex wake model of a 2D and 3D actuator disc to represent wind turbine wakes is presented for mean power maximisation in a two-turbine case study.

Using The Helix Mixing Approach On Floating Offshore Wind Turbines
TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of the Helix mixing approach on a DTU10MW turbine on the TripleSpar platform and its wake is evaluated, and the results show that the windspeed at a distance of 5 rotor diameters downstream can be increased by up to 10% compared to a fixed-bottom turbine.

The dynamic coupling between the pulse wake mixing strategy and floating wind turbines
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the effect of dynamic induction on the wake mixing of a floating wind turbine and found that the expected gain in average wind speed at a distance of 5 rotor diameters downstream is more sensitive to the excitation frequency compared to a bottom-fixed turbine with the same pulse applied.
