The INTEGRAL Galactic bulge monitoring program: the first 1.5 years
Erik Kuulkers,S. E. Shaw,Ada Paizis,Jérôme Chenevez,Søren Brandt,Thierry J.-L. Courvoisier,A. Domingo,Ken Ebisawa,Peter Kretschmar,C. B. Markwardt,C. B. Markwardt,Nami Mowlavi,T. Oosterbroek,Astrid Orr,D. Risquez,C. Sanchez-Fernandez,Rudy Wijnands +16 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a detailed homogeneous (hard) X-ray view of a sample of 76 sources in the Galactic bulge region, and show the first results from the start of the monitoring up to 2006, April 21, during three visibility seasons.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a detailed homogeneous (hard) X-ray view of a sample of 76 sources in the Galactic bulge region, focusing on the short (hour), medium (month) and long-term (year) variability in the 20-60 keV and 60-150 keV bands.

INTEGRAL sees transient activity in the Galactic Bulge: XTE J1751-305 and GRS 1741.9-2853 in outburst
Jérôme Chenevez,E. Kuulkers,Volker Beckmann,A. J. Bird,S. Brandt,A. Domingo,K. Ebisawa,P.G. Jonker,Peter Kretschmar,C. B. Markwardt,T. Oosterbroek,A. Paizis,D. Risquez,Celia Sanchez-Fernandez,Sidney Shaw,Rudy Wijnands +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, a transient low-mass X-ray binary and known Xray burster GRS 1741.9-2853 is detected by INTEGRAL/JEM-X at an average flux of about 58 mCrab (9.3E-10 erg/cm2/s) and 25 m Crab (2.75E- 10 erg/ cm2/v) in 3-10 keV and 10-25 keV, respectively.

INTEGRAL discovered a new hard X-ray source: IGRJ17511-3057
C. Baldovin,E. Kuulkers,Carlo Ferrigno,E. Bozzo,Jérôme Chenevez,Søren Brandt,Volker Beckmann,A. J. Bird,A. Domingo,K. Ebisawa,P.G. Jonker,Peter Kretschmar,C. B. Markwardt,T. Oosterbroek,A. Paizis,D. Risquez,Celia Sanchez-Fernandez,Sidney Shaw,Rudy Wijnands +18 more
TL;DR: In this article, a new hard hard X-ray source was detected in the INTEGRAL/IBIS mosaic image with a significance of 14 sigma in the 20-40 keV energy band, and 7 sigma for the 40-80 keV band.

Renewed activity of the Galactic center transients Swift J174535.5-290135.6 and GRS 1741.9-2853 as observed with Swift/XRT
Rudy Wijnands,M. Klein-Wolt,E. Kuulkers,Sidney Shaw,Jérôme Chenevez,Søren Brandt,T. J. L. Courvoisier,A. Domingo,Peter Kretschmar,C. B. Markwardt,Nami Mowlavi,A. Paizis,D. Risquez,Celia Sanchez-Fernandez +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors obtained a short pointing with the XRT aboard Swift to improve significantly on the source position of a new Galactic center transient in their new series of INTEGRAL Galactic bulge monitoring observations (ATEL #1005).
