Genetic determinants of methotrexate toxicity in rheumatoid arthritis patients: a study of polymorphisms affecting methotrexate transport and folate metabolism.
TL;DR: The results suggest that genetic polymorphisms in the folate metabolic pathway and MTX transporters modify the toxicity but not the efficacy of MTX treatment.

Possible association between anti-Ro antibodies and myocarditis or cardiac conduction defects in adults with systemic lupus erythematosus.
TL;DR: It is concluded that myocarditis and conduction defects are reasonably common in adults with SLE and are associated with anti-Ro antibodies.

Prevalence of Sjögren's syndrome in Slovenia
TL;DR: The estimated prevalence of definite SS in Slovenia is 0.60%, and two females of the 332 study participants fulfilled the criteria for primary SS.

Genetic determinants of methotrexate treatment in rheumatoid arthritis patients: a study of polymorphisms in the adenosine pathway
TL;DR: Genetic polymorphisms in AMP deaminase, 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase, inosine triphosphate pyrophosphorylase and methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase were shown to be associated with disease activity, MTX treatment response and MTX-induced toxicity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
