Low molecular weight ‘liquid’ polymer extended compounds, impact on free volume and crosslink density studied by positron lifetime spectroscopy and stress-strain analysis according to Mooney-Rivlin
TL;DR: Aromatic oil, aliphatic resin and different liquid polymers, varied in type, molecular weight and microstructure are discussed in this article, where different plasticizing effects are shown with corresponding curing torques and Shore hardness values.

Silane-modified low molecular weight ‘liquid’ polymers in sulfur cured mixtures of styrene-butadiene copolymers and silica
TL;DR: In this article, three different coupling agents and six different low molecular weight polymers were selected, evaluated and comparatively introduced in mixtures of a SSBR/silica compound and the Payne effect was measured to evaluate the strain dependence of the mixtures.
