Physical and phytochemical profile of wild and domesticated carob (Ceratonia siliqua L.) genotypes
TL;DR: The results suggest that ‘Etli’ and ‘Sisam’ are advantageous over the wild type regarding pod properties, while the wild genotype was found to be better regarding seed properties.

Efficient organic carbon utilization for combined nutrient removal and biogas production in hybrid biofilm activated sludge system
Gulten Gunes,D. Guven,Emine Ubay Cokgor,G.E. Zengin Balci,G. Ozyildiz,Ayşen Erdinçler,Didem Okutman Tas,Imre Takács,Gueclue Insel +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a hybrid moving bed biofilm pilot plant was operated and obtained results were compared with simulation results of two biological processes: a conventional Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) system and a novel hybrid activated sludge configuration implemented with Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and a reactive primary clarifier (RPC).
