Spectral evolution of pulse structures in gamma-ray bursts
J. P. Norris,Gerald H. Share,D. C. Messina,Brian R. Dennis,Upendra D. Desai,T. L. Cline,S. M. Matz,Edward L. Chupp +7 more
TL;DR: The Hard X-Ray Burst Spectrometer (HXRBS) and Gamma-Ray Spectrometers (GRS) data from the Solar Maximum Mission satellite have been searched for gamma-ray bursts with sufficient intensities and relatively simple time profiles such that their spectral behavior may be studied on a time scale of about 1 s as mentioned in this paper.

Geomagnetic Origin for Transient Particle Events from Nuclear Reactor--Powered Satellites
TL;DR: Transient events observed since 1980 by the Gamma-Ray Spectrometer experiment on the Solar Maximum Mission satellite (SMM) have been identified with radiation emitted from 18 different Soviet nuclear reactor—powered satellites.

Plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition and atomic layer etching of gallium oxide using trimethylgallium
TL;DR: In this article , the surface modification is achieved through HF exposure resulting in a gallium fluoride surface layer, and then removed through volatile product formation via ligand exchange with TMG.

Observations of Galactic gamma-radiation with the SMM spectrometer
Gerald H. Share,R. L. Kinzer,D. C. Messina,W. R. Purcell,Edward L. Chupp,D. J. Forrest,E. Rieger +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, preliminary results from the SMM gamma-ray spectrometer are reported which indicate the detection of a constant source of 0.511-MeV annihilation radiation from the Galaxy.
