Retentive and compressive strengths of modified zinc oxide-eugenol cements.
TL;DR: Modifications of a zinc oxide-eugenol temporary cement to change the B/A ratio or to incorporate additives resulted in variations in physical properties, with a wide range of retentive strength.

Eugenol Inhibited the Antimicrobial Functions of Neutrophils
TL;DR: Eugenol at sufficient concentrations impaired the activation of neutrophils by cytochalasin B and fMet-Leu-Phe (CB/fMLP), and the inhibitory effects of eugenol (< or = 1.25 mmol/L) were not due to direct killing of neutophils.

Effect of circumferential undercut placement in the root canal wall on the retention of a tapered post in large and small root canals
TL;DR: Placement of a circumferential undercut in the root canal wall significantly enhanced the retention of the short tapered posts, and prefabricated Root Keeper posts had lower retentive strength in roots with a large canal space.

Contributing factors of mandibular deformation during mouth opening.
TL;DR: A multifactorial model showed a significant correlation between the set of predictor variables (symphyseal area, bone density, and mandibular length) andMandibular deformation.
Osteoblastic response to collagen scaffolds varied in freezing temperature and glutaraldehyde crosslinking.
TL;DR: Different freezing temperatures played a minor role in osteoblastic responses and Glutaraldehyde crosslinking process, though improved the dimensional stability of collagen sponges, might compromise the osteoclastic differentiation and mineralization.
