The work is an investigation to the study of aerodynamic properties that are present in finite wing of a UAV. The problem represents a turbulent model which develops the Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes Equations (RANS). RANS equations are used in the methodology of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The document includes a validation of the model using NACA 0012 airfoil with NASA experimental data. In addition, it is build the geometry of interest in Autodesk Inventor drawing platform. Besides, the design is imported to COMSOL Multiphysiscs where it is modeled with the appropriated border conditions and a fine mesh that allow the study of the boundary layer pressure distribution over the surface. A post processing of the results contain the lift and rag curves for different angles of attack that help to understand the performance of the wing. For the three dimensional model, because of the presence of the downwash, the paper includes a representation of the turbulent effects on the wingtip and the benefits that a winglet could bring to the UAV.
