Tissue concentrations of platelet-activating factor in colorectal carcinoma: inverse relationships with Dukes' stage of patients
TL;DR: A pathophysiological role for PAF is suggested in human colon carcinoma by assessing the levels of tissue phospholipase A2, lyso-PAF, PAF and acetylhydrolase activity in colorectal cancer patients and by correlating them with Dukes' classification.
