TL;DR: The majority of varicocele patients with causes other than infertility had abnormal semen parameters, and most semen parameters showed significant improvement after microsurgical varicocelectomy, Therefore, regardless of the chief complaint, semen analysis should be performed in men with clinicalvaricocele.
