TL;DR: Radiolabelled omeprazole was shown to incorporate into the (H+ + K+)-ATPase preparation in a time-dependent and pH-dependent manner and was also shown to incorporated into this enzyme preparation with greater potency.

Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic studies on gastric H+/K+-ATPase
TL;DR: Analysis ofsuspensions of membrane-bound H+/K+-ATPase in both H2O and 2H2O investigated using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy shows that the protein component contains substantial amounts of both alpha-helical and beta-sheet structures.

Photoaffinity labeling of the lumenal K+ site of the gastric (H+ + K+)-ATPase.
TL;DR: A photoaffinity label for the lumenal K+ site of the gastric (H+ + K+)-ATPase has been identified and tryptic digestion of gastric vesicle membranes failed to release the radioactivity from the membranes suggesting that the site of interaction was close to or within the membrane-spanning sections of this ion pump.
