TL;DR: LGB communities, especially lesbian and bisexual women, appear to be effectively targeted by Tobacco industry marketing activities, and strategies to limit tobacco industry marketing, and increase individuals’ resistance to marketing, may be critical to reducing smoking among LGB populations.
