TL;DR: Although laparoscopic stripping of endometriomas seems to affect the ovarian reserve in terms of AFCs, it does not have a significant negative impact at the end of three months as assessed by ovarian volumes, Doppler indices and AMH levels.

TL;DR: Three patients with cervical stenosis who underwent IVF-ET cycles, in whom ET was classified as "difficult," had significantly easier ET procedures compared with previous attempts and achieved clinical pregnancies after the hysteroscopic shaving procedure.
