Hotair small-molecule inhibitor and application thereof in preparation of tumor treating drugs
Chunsheng Kang,Yu Ren,Qixue Wang,Yunfei Wang,Bingcong Zhou,Junhu Zhou +5 more
- 17 Aug 2016
TL;DR: The Hotair small-molecule inhibitor as discussed by the authors can specifically inhibit binding between the 5' end of Hotair and EZH2 protein in PRC2, effectively inhibit EZEH2 nucleus entry in U87 cells, and effectively inhibits growth and lung metastasis of a breast cancer tumor model in an in-vivo experiment of a rat.

SCIDOT-27. TGFβ SIGNALING-INDUCED miRNA PARTICIPATES IN AUTOPHAGIC REGULATION BY TARGETING PRAS40 IN MESENCHYMAL SUBTYPE OF GLIOBLASTOMA
Yingbin Xie,Luyue Chen,Junhu Zhou,Qixue Wang,Yunfei Wang,Yanli Tan,Chunsheng Kang,Chuan Fang +7 more
TL;DR: TGFβ signaling-induced novel_miR56 seemed to inhibit autophagic activity in GBM and its mesenchymal subtype, resulting in the maintenance of proliferative capability, providing novel insight into TGF β signaling-mediated pathogenesis and targets for the development of novel therapeutic interventions for mesGBM.

Extensive MET alterations confer clinical response to MET inhibitors in gliomas
Zheng Zhao,Jing Chen,Zhaoshi Bao,Rui-Chao Chai,Kenan Zhang,Lingxiang Wu,Hanjie Liu,Quanhua Mu,Huimin Hu,Fan Zeng,Zheng Wang,Guanzhang Li,Yuanhao Chang,Qiangwei Wang,Fan Wu,Ying Zhang,Yu-Qing Liu,Wei Zhang,Chunsheng Kang,Jiguang Wang,Rongjie Tao,Qianghu Wang,Tao Jiang +22 more
TL;DR: In vitro and clinical studies indicate cells and patients harboring MET alterations have better response to MET inhibitors, and data suggest that a subgroup of gliomas harboringMET alterations likely to have benefit from MET-targeted therapy.
