Novel synergistic treatment for depression: involvement of GSK3β-regulated AMPA receptors in the prefrontal cortex of mice.
Lei Guo,Shuzhuo Wang,Haihua Tian,Meng-Yuan Shang,Jia Xu,Chuang Wang +5 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that glycogen synthase kinase 3β-induced α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole propionic acid receptors dysfunction in the prefrontal cortex is one of the key mechanisms of depression, and the combination of a lower dose of PF-4778574 with SB216763 shows potential as a novel synergistic treatment for depression.

Chronic multiple mild stress induces sustained adverse psychological states in rats
Tianze Yu,Yi Chen,Jiani Lu,Luyun Gong,Yuechen Mao,Xinya Liu,Yiying Zhou,Lei Guo,Xiang Wu,Junfang Zhang,Chuang Wang,Hao-Wei Shen,Wenhua Zhou,Disen Mei,Weihua Cui +14 more
TL;DR: Results suggested that CMMS protocol induced sustained adverse psychological states in rats by adjusting the intensity and the type of stressors in the multisensory stress simulation device, it might be practicable to establish animal models with complicated and changeable environmental factors.
[Analysis and identification of suspected snake venom samples using nano-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry].
Zehua Li,Chuang Wang,Bin Xu,Jian Chen,Ying Zhang,Lei Guo,Jianwei Xie +6 more
- 01 Feb 2023
TL;DR: In this article , a method based on nano-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupoleorbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry was developed for identifying proteins and their source species.
In Silico–Ex Vitro Iteration Strategy for Affinity Maturation of Anti-Ricin Peptides and the SPR Biosensing Application
Zhifang Yang,Chuang Wang,Jia Liu,Lan Xiao,Lei Guo,Jianwei Xie +5 more
TL;DR: A new in silico-in vitro iteration-assisted affinity maturation strategy of anti-ricin peptides is presented, hoping this new affinity-mature strategy will find its favorable position in relevant peptide evolution, biosensing, and medical countermeasures for biotoxins to protect society’s security and human life better.
