Reconstruction of extensive medial canthal defects using a single V-Y, island pedicle flap.
TL;DR: A single-stage flap which modified and simplified a previously described technique achieves similar cosmetic and postoperative outcomes along with a high level of patient satisfaction in an area which can be reconstructed in a variety of ways, often with suboptimal results.
