Impact of optimising fluoroscopic implant angles on paravalvular regurgitation in transcatheter aortic valve replacements - utility of three-dimensional rotational angiography.
Karl Poon,James A. Crowhurst,Christopher James,Douglas Campbell,Damian Roper,Jonathan Chan,Alexander Incani,Andrew Clarke,Peter Tesar,C. Aroney,Owen Christopher Raffel,Darren L. Walters +11 more
TL;DR: Optimising implant angles may be important in reducing PVR, and is significantly more likely to be achieved with AVG rotational angiography than with preprocedural multislice computed tomography and DynaCT.

Using DynaCT for the assessment of ilio-femoral arterial calibre, calcification and tortuosity index in patients selected for trans-catheter aortic valve replacement
James A. Crowhurst,Douglas Campbell,Owen Christopher Raffel,Mark Whitby,Pavthrun Pathmanathan,Stanley Redmond,Alexander Incani,Karl Poon,Christopher James,C. Aroney,Andrew Clarke,Darren L. Walters +11 more
TL;DR: DynaCT is equal to MSCT and angiography in assessing femoral artery calibre and can assess tortuosity and can produce 3D images but is inferior in the assessment of calcification.
