TL;DR: Coenzyme Q10 and GPI-1485 may warrant further study in Parkinson disease, although the data are inconsistent, and additional factors should be considered in the selection of agents for Phase III studies.

TL;DR: The simple, 4‐question Morisky medication adherence questionnaire may provide an alternative approach to monitoring treatment adherence in Parkinson's disease and is compared to pill counts in the NET‐PD futility clinical trials.
