TL;DR: Although very preliminary, these data suggest that concomitant therapy with anticholinergics may be associated with significant deleterious effects on acetylcholinesterase therapy, or, more speculatively, that chronic exposure toAnticholinergic medications may have adverse effects on the clinical course of AD.
