Continuous hypergravity alters the cytoplasmic elasticity of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts via actin filaments.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that a continuous hypergravitational environment increased the elasticity of the cytoplasm, but not the nuclei zone, of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts, providing new insights on cellular gravity-sensing mechanisms.

AFM-based indentation method for measuring the relaxation property of living cells.
TL;DR: In this paper, an atomic force microscope (AFM) was used to determine the reduced relaxation modulus of cartilage cells, which enables the measurement of reduced relaxations with high accuracy.
