Effect of Toughening with Different Liquid Rubber on Dielectric Relaxation Properties of Epoxy Resin.
TL;DR: It is found that a lower relative dielectric constant and dielectrics loss of the epoxy/liquid rubber composites could be achieved by reducing the polarity of liquid rubber filler.

Space Charge Characteristics for XLPE Coaxial Cable Insulation Under Electrothermal Accelerated Aging
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors measured the space charge in XLPE coaxial cables with different aging durations under polarization and depolarization conditions, and extracted the mobility and trap density with the depolarisation charge profiles.

Numerical simulation of the interfacial stress between epoxy resin and metal conductor of power equipment during epoxy curing
TL;DR: In this paper , the formation mechanism of interfacial stress concentration of this interface structure was studied during epoxy resin curing process, and a model for calculating the interface stress distribution was established, including the heat conduction module, curing dynamics module and curing deformation module.

Dielectric Relaxation Characteristics of Epoxy Resin Modified with Hydroxyl-Terminated Nitrile Rubber.
TL;DR: Hydroxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber (HTBN) is employed to reinforce a kind of room-temperature-cured epoxy resin and the dielectric spectrum is measured and analysed, showing that two relaxation processes are introduced in the binary composites.

Space charge and trap energy level characteristics of SiC wide bandgap semiconductor
TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of trap energy levels on carrier transport and accumulation in semi-insulating vanadium doped 4H-SiC crystal materials and correlated temperature effect was investigated.
