Women entrepreneurship has attracted the attention of academics and practitioners with a large body of research studies in recent years. Past literature reviews on women entrepreneurship have been criticized for their limited scope, lack of interdisciplinary perspective, and the need for more objective, technology-facilitated analytical methods. Our study provides insights into the development of women entrepreneurship research, including a new analysis through the lens of sustainable development and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bibliometric indicators and a systematic literature review approach are used to analyze literature published between 1991 and 2021 to better map the development of research and related opportunities for enhancing studies on women entrepreneurship. In addition to traditional bibliometric indicators such as publications, citations, etc., we used altmetrics, a new metric to assess the engagement and impact of publications based on social media presence. The Dimensions database has been used to assemble and arrange 3157 publications on women entrepreneurship, of which 843 publications are directly aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and 80 publications related to COVID-19. Our findings indicate that the top three SDG of interest to researchers are: SDG 8, decent work and economic growth; SDG 10, reducing inequalities; and SDG 5, gender equality. Within each SDG, we find concentrated studies on themes relating to the socio-political and small-medium enterprises, including family business management and gender biases, and their implications for sustainable development. Further, studies on the impact of COVID-19 reveal a significant bias towards women’s empowerment in ICT, digitization, and e-commerce while exposing the need for gender-moderated policies and governmental interventions. We offer suggestions for future studies on enabling and measuring the contributions of women’s entrepreneurship to sustainable development, including capital investments and the long-term impacts of the pandemic on women-led enterprises.

Women Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development: Bibliometric Analysis and Emerging Research Trends

The inconsistent finding on the performance of women entrepreneurs is one of the gaps
intended to be fill in by this paper.Previous studies found that men performance is greater
than women and the majority of their business remains small and marginal.Literatures also
indicate women owned business performed slightly better than men while others do not find
gender based differentials in entrepreneurial performance.Indeed, controversy has arisen
that women’s business have a higher rate of failure or lower performance compare to men’s
business Thus, it is researcher’s concern to study the key factors contributing to the business
performance of women entrepreneurs. In this regard, micro finance as financial capital and
entrepreneurial competencies were the main variables with social capital and self-efficacy
were taken into consideration in the proposed framework as the mediator and moderator.
Theories from management and psychology also were discussed in this paper.

Am I an Entrepreneur? How Imposter Fears Hinder Women Entrepreneurs’ Business Growth

Within this study, we want to examine factors those determine to the rise of womenpreneurship, since it is one of the most important 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to eradicate national poverty as well as to support the innovation and ever-growing economy. The increasing of women's participation in entrepreneurs demonstrated positive impact of female entrepreneurs, not only on the family but also on economic growth and development. We build our theoretical framework based on literature surveys; that factors of an inspiring role model, education on digital skills, and financial support, which taken from Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), contribute to this increasing of womenpreneurship participation. As far as we have known, we are among the first who establish the study focused on women entrepreneurs, especially among the B40 economic social class. We employ a quantitative approach of Multiple Regression Linear Analysis with a convenience sample, comprising 100 women entrepreneurs in Melaka. We find that women entrepreneurs with clear targets, would not only possess the right attitude in their entrepreneurial path, but also become the society role models at the same time. Also, when facing the social pressure, womenpreneurs will equip themselves with proper education to grasp more opportunities. Even though limited by the participation rate, especially those in the rural areas, we would like to make recommendations on ways to encourage more women to pursue entrepreneurship, especially during the Covid-19 outbreak.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted to virtual learning been implemented as a new norm of learning. Teachers must be able to interact with students using different sources in order to create new learning experience using virtual learning. The main discussion aims to recognise the impact of teaching and learning in introducing virtual learning to students. The problems some teachers and students face include too much workload or online assignment, technology dependent, vague instructions and de-professionalism. The impact of teaching and learning were measured using a framework created by Danielson for teaching and learning which are planning and preparation, classroom environment, instructions and professional responsibilities. The framework will guide teachers to identify their responsibilities and help students improve learning. An online survey was conducted among 41 lecturers using convenience sampling technique. The suggestions given were based on T.E.A.M. concept which consists of transmissions of knowledge and effective framework, establish teachers and students' involvements, assess students in learning and maintain professional development. The key finding of this paper is the impact of implementing T.E.A.M. framework towards the effectiveness of virtual learning.
