Effects of chain flexibility on the properties of DNA hydrogels
TL;DR: The effect of chain rigidity on the mechanic properties of DNA hydrogels was studied and it was shown that the hydrogel formed by mainly flexible chains exhibited better stability, stretchability, and much mechanical properties than theHydrogel containing only rigid chains.

TL;DR: The mechanism of shear on the behaviour of delivery particles in serum helps to design gene carriers with high efficacy by studying the dynamic behaviour of the complexes in the presence of fetal bovine serum and under flow at different shear rates.
