TL;DR: In this article, the performance of the BiFeO3 photovoltaic thin film is improved through secondary annealing, which has an excellent performance, and has the open-circuit voltage level being 1.35V to 1.40V, the short-circuits current density being 2.34mA/cm to 2.85mA/m, the fill factor being 73 percent to 79.1 percent, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency being 159 percent to 193 percent.
