As an important variant of calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS), one-point calibration LIBS (OPC-LIBS) corrects the Boltzmann plot of the unknown sample by using one known sample and obtains higher quantitative accuracy than CF-LIBS. However, the self-absorption effect restricts its accuracy. In this work, a new self-absorption correction (SAC) method for OPC-LIBS is proposed to solve this problem. This method uses an algorithm to correct the self-absorption and does not require the calculation of the self-absorption coefficient. To verify the effectiveness of this SAC method, Ti, V, and Al elements in two titanium alloys were determined by classical OPC-LIBS and OPC-LIBS with SAC. The average relative errors (AREs) of all elements in the two samples were decreased from 8.78% and 9.28% to 8.07% and 7.56%, respectively. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of this SAC method for OPC-LIBS.

The embodiment of the invention provides scanning-type safety test equipment and method for estimating laser radiation of a protection screen. The scanning-type safety test equipment comprises a waveguide, a two-dimensional moving platform and a computer, wherein the waveguide is arranged on the two-dimensional moving platform, a protection cap is designed at a front end of the waveguide and is used for preventing interference of stray light, and the computer is used for controlling the two-dimensional moving platform to drive the front end of the waveguide to do two-dimensional moving so as to scan a to-be-tested protection screen point by point and acquire laser, passing through the protection screen, of each test point, acquiring energy or power of laser acquired by each test point to obtain maximum radiation point of the protection screen and comparing a radiation value of the maximum radiation point with the maximum allowable radiation MPE to judge whether the radiation value of the maximum radiation point is safe to a human eye. The maximum radiation of the laser is tested by a mode of driving the waveguide to scan the screen point by point by the two-dimensional driving platform, the test efficiency is higher than that of a handheld power/energy detector, the test data is accurate, and the maximum radiation region can be accurately positioned.

Scanning-type safety test equipment and method for estimating laser radiation of protection screen

We report a laser adaptive processing technology (LAPT) for the selective removal of Cu/Al multilayer dissimilar materials. Using the wavelength range and intensity distribution of the characteristic spectrum, the properties and content of multilayer dissimilar materials can be analyzed online based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. The traditional low-speed spectral detection mode was transformed into a high-speed photoelectric detection method by using a scheme consisting of a bandpass filter with an avalanche photodetector (APD), and the in situ online detection of a 30 ns, 40 kHz high-frequency pulse signal during laser scanning was realized. Combined with a field programmable gate array (FPGA) digital control unit, online feedback and closed-loop control were achieved at the kHz level, and the adaptive intelligent control of material interfaces and laser processing parameters was achieved. This excellently demonstrated the feasibility and flexibility of LAPT for processing arbitrary multilayer dissimilar materials.

Environmental factors include sample temperature, ambient gas composition, and pressure, which have a significant impact on the accuracy and stability of the analysis results of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). In this study, a method for simultaneously correcting the influence of several environmental factors is proposed. When the calibration and application environment are different, only one sample is needed to be measured in the application environment to correct the influence of environmental factors, so that the calibration model can obtain good analytical accuracy in this environment. When using one to four samples to correct the influence of environmental factors, the application of the calibration models constructed under solid-state conditions at atmosphere pressure to analyze seven elements in molten alloys in vacuum demonstrated the average root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) of 0.57%, 0.51%, 0.41%, and 0.30% respectively. The accuracy of using only one sample to correct the influence of environmental factors was much higher than using two samples to establish calibration models in the application environment. This proved the effectiveness of the developed method for reducing the difficulty and cost of calibration in the metallurgical processes.

The invention relates to a single bar power and stability measuring device in laser diode lamination array and the method, comprising a laser diode lamination array, a light guiding pipe, a horizontally moving station, a light separation waveguide reflector, an integrating sphere, a detection window, a power meter, and a parasitic light collector. The lasers emitted by the different single bars in the laser diode lamination array are dispersed and laminated quickly in the rapid shaft direction. The light guiding pipe is arranged right in front of the to-be-detected single bars. The lasers emitted from the to-be-detected single bars can be completely coupled into the light guiding pipe, and the lasers emitted from the bars of other diodes enter the light separation waveguide reflector, and at the inclined edges of the light separation waveguide reflector, reflection occurs, and the light enters the parasitic light collector, rather than the light guiding pipe. Through the outlet of the light guiding pipe, the light enters the integrating sphere, and after the light is uniformed in the integrating sphere, the power meter tests the power of the lasers of the single bar. Through the horizontally moving platform to move the laser diode lamination array, the single bars in the lamination array are aligned with the light guiding pipe so that the power and the power stability performance of the single bars in the lamination array can be tested.
