Horizontal well transient rate decline analysis in low permeability gas reservoirs employing an orthogonal transformation method
TL;DR: In this paper, a transient production decline analysis model of a horizontal well in low permeability gas reservoirs considering the threshold pressure gradient is presented, and an accurate solution is determined by employing the Laplace transformation, Sturm-Liouville eigenvalue method, and orthogonal transformation.

Dual-porosity model of rate transient analysis for horizontal well in tight gas reservoirs with consideration of threshold pressure gradient
TL;DR: In this article, a dual-porosity rate transient decline model for the horizontal well with consideration of the threshold pressure gradient, which represents the non-Darcy flow in a fracture system, was established by employing the Laplace transform and the orthogonal transform.

Characteristics of transient production rate performance of horizontal well in fractured tight gas reservoirs with stress-sensitivity effect
TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a dual-porosity model of a horizontal well in fractured tight gas reservoirs considering the stress-sensitivity effect, and the results showed that the production rate decreases with the increasing of permeability modulus and the derivative curve will be warped up during the whole system late radial flow stage.
