TL;DR: Two different families infected by SARS-CoV-2 are reported in the context of family clustering, one of which is a typical family cluster of infection with the transmission chain being an asymptomatic patient in the incubation period, however, the outcome of another family was exactly the opposite, in which the index patient was the only individual infected and complicated with fatal ischemic stroke.
