The invention provides an identity authentication data processing method, a server, a terminal and a system. The method combines digital identity authentication with a trusted computing technology foruse and perform previous authentication on an authenticated terminal by setting a trusted service center. When the digital identity and the credible state of the verified terminal pass the verification, a credible identifier is added into the digital certificate of the verified terminal. Therefore, the verification terminal can directly verify the digital identity of the verified terminal and thecredible state of the equipment at the same time according to the digital certificate with the credible identifier, and the verification terminal does not need to have the capacity of analyzing a credible protocol and only needs to verify the credible identifier in the digital certificate. Compared with a scheme in which a digital certificate and a trusted computing technology are independently used, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to obtain a reference value, does not need to analyze a remote certification protocol, only needs to analyze the digital certificate, reduces the workload of a verification terminal and the difficulty of identity verification, and improves the efficiency of identity verification.
