TL;DR: In this article, a preparation method of hot-stamping materials of aluminum-silicon-coated steel plates is presented, where the amount of aluminum input is reduced by the laser ablation; then, the alternating magnetic field is used to assist the laser welding process, so that the uniform distribution of aluminum in welds is facilitated, and the occurrence of an aluminum segregation zone is avoided; and finally, the hot stamping ensures that weld zones of the laser tailor-welded plates are lath martensite structure.

TL;DR: In this paper, a laser welding method for a steel/aluminum dissimilar material was proposed, in which an Al2O3 oxidation layer on the surface of an aluminum alloy does not need to be removed, and a Ni/B powder mixture is prearranged on a surface of the aluminum alloy, wherein the mass percentage of B powder ranges from 5% to 15%.
