Fabrication and investigation of the optoelectrical properties of MoS2/CdS heterojunction solar cells.
TL;DR: The MoS2/CdS heterojunction solar cell exhibits good current-voltage characteristics and pronounced photovoltaic behavior, with an open-circuit voltage of 0.66 V and a short-circuits current density of0.227 × 10-6 A/cm2, comparable to the results obtained from other MoS 2-based solar cells.
Study on the Optical Transmission Properties of One-Dimensional Photonic Crystal of MoS2
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors designed MoS2/SiO2 one-dimensional (1D) photonic crystal and investigated the light transfer properties by means of transfer-matrix method.
