Near-infrared off-on fluorescence probe activated by NTR for in vivo hypoxia imaging.
Jinrong Zheng,Yuanzhi Shen,Zhiqiang Xu,Zhenwei Yuan,Yuanyuan He,Chen Wei,Murat Er,Jun Yin,Haiyan Chen +8 more
TL;DR: An innovative near infrared (NIR) fluorescent on-off probe (Cy-NO2) composed of fluorescence reporting unit (an aminocyaine dye) and recognition unit (p-nitrobenzylcarbamate group) demonstrated that it could rapidly recognize NTR with high selectivity and sensitivity.

A novel off-on fluorescent probe for imaging of hypoxia in tumor cell
TL;DR: It is confirmed that probe can successfully differentiate normoxic (non-fluorescent) from hypoxic conditions (strong green fluorescence) in U87 cell lines and can be potentially used for the detection of hypoxic-ischemic diseases.

Methionine-Decorated Near Infrared Fluorescent Probe for Prolonged Tumor Imaging.
Chen Wei,Zhenwei Yuan,Jinrong Zheng,Habtamu Kassaye,Lijuan Gui,Fei Wang,Hao Wan,Yue Xu,Qing He,Murat Er,Yi Ma,Haiyan Chen +11 more
TL;DR: Cy-Met displayed tumor-targeting ability in U87, H22, and EAC tumor-bearing mice with an evident long circulation time, implying that Cy-Met could act as a promising fluorescence probe specialized for long-term tumor monitoring.

Photothermal tumor drug as well as synthesis and application thereof to tumor treatment
Yang Lin,Chen Haiyan,Gu Ming,He Yuanyuan,Chen Wei,Yuan Zhenwei +5 more
- 14 Aug 2018
TL;DR: In this paper, a photothermal tumor drug is presented, which takes a phase-change material as a shell and a target drug, a near-infrared probe and CuS nanoparticles are packaged in the shell.
