The invention provides a CVD diamond thick-film ceramic composite sheet brazing tool and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, after the surface of a silicon nitride ceramic matrix is subjected to sand blasting roughening, ultrasonic crystal planting is conducted, and a pretreated silicon nitride ceramic matrix is obtained; S2, a diamond thickfilm is deposited by adopting a microwave chemical vapor deposition method to obtain a CVD diamond thick film-ceramic composite sheet; S3, the CVD diamond thick film on the composite sheet is subjected to mechanical polishing; S4, laser cutting is performed on the mechanically polished composite sheet to form a required shape; and S5, the composite sheet obtained after laser cutting is subjected to vacuum brazing to obtain a hard alloy tool body, and then the CVD diamond thick film-ceramic composite sheet brazing tool is manufactured through blade grinding. According to the method, the preparation process of the CVD diamond thick film brazing tool is effectively simplified, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the grain size of the diamond thick film is optimized, generation of holes in a film-based interface is inhibited, and a ceramic substrate serves as a support, so that it is guaranteed that the diamond thick film is not prone to breakage in the polishing process.

The invention provides a brazing method of a CVD diamond micro milling cutter. The brazing method comprises the steps that firstly, a hard alloy cutter handle is prepared; ultrasonic cleaning is carried out on the hard alloy knife handle and a CVD diamond blade; the surface of the welding part is coated with soldering flux; the CVD diamond micro cutter is assembled; and the CVD diamond micro cutter is brazed in air at the low temperature. According to the method, the thermal damage degree of the diamond blade during welding of the CVD diamond micro cutter is reduced, rapid welding between theCVD diamond blade and the hard alloy cutter handle is achieved, the CVD diamond micro cutter is welded through an ultrahigh-frequency induction brazing machine in air, and meanwhile the welding strength and precision are guaranteed; and in addition, the method is easy to operate and high in efficiency, and the welding cost of the CVD diamond micro cutter is greatly reduced.
