The preparation method provided by the invention takes gamma-cyclodextrin, microcrystal cellulose and g-C3N4 as main raw materials, a graft polymerization method is utilized, and the aerogel microspheres loaded with Ag/g-C3N4 and with visible light response are synthesized; the treated raw materials are added into a reactor, and polymerization reaction is carried out, so that gel balls are obtained; and AgNO3 solution with different concentrations are deposited on the gel balls, and drying is carried out, so that theaerogel microspheres loaded with Ag/g-C3N4 and with the visible light response are obtained. The prepared aerogel microspheres can degrade Rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light condition; catalytic activity of Ag-doped g-C3N4 is improved, when only g-C3N4 is contained and RhB decolorization ratio reaches 100%, 240 minutes are taken, and when Ag/g-C3N4 is contained, only 150 minutes are taken, andthe photocatalytic activity of Ag/g-C3N4 is enhanced along with increase of content of Ag doped; and a Ag/g-C3N4 cyclic utilization test shows that increase of the Ag content is beneficial to stabilization of Ag/g-C3N4, and recycling is facilitated.
