Mei Shengwei,Zhang Xinyan,Liu Feng,Wang Weiqing,Chen Laijun,Chang Xiqiang,Zheng Tianwen,Shan He,Tianyi Chen +8 more
- 12 Aug 2015
TL;DR: In this paper, a method and a device for controlling virtual inertia of a double-fed fan was proposed, which comprises the steps of establishing an electric power system frequency response equation; acquiring an estimated value of a system inertia time constant; acquiring a standard form of an extended state observer; designing the extended state observers; and acquiring an active reference increment through the extended-state observer so as to acquire a virtual inertia control equation of the doublefed fan.

- 22 Feb 2017
TL;DR: In this article, a wavelet packet-neural network-based wind/photovoltaic power prediction method was proposed to map wind and photovoltaic power change characteristics on various spatial and temporal scales, where low-frequency and high-frequency components respectively map the interior change rules of predicted objects.

New energy electric heating value analysis method
Li Yu,Yuan Tiejiang,Cui Yongjun,Mei Shengwei,Liu Zhaoting,Chang Xiqiang,Xie Qianyan,Jia Hao,Chen Laijun +8 more
- 18 Aug 2017
TL;DR: In this paper, a new energy electric heating value analysis method is presented, which comprises the steps of firstly calculating total energy consumption required for new-energy electric heating according to heating loads, wherein the sum energy consumption of the new energy heating depends on fire power consumed in a heating process, and secondly calculating consumed standard coal corresponding to fire coal, gas and fuel oil, and reflecting resource values by comparison with the energy consumption, and thirdly calculating a pollution load generated by new energy instead of the fire power used for assistance in the electric heating, and performing comparison to obtain an
