TL;DR: In this paper, an accelerated life test method for a Hall thruster was proposed, which performed a short-period actual ignition test on the Hall thrusters, measures wall profiles of the discharge channel at different times during the process, reverses ion source parameters of the period according to a wall erosion rate formula of the discharged channel, extrapolates the wall profile of discharge channel of the next long period, and removes the wall material by machining.
