Banana and kelp are used as main raw materials, and after being mashed, water is added for mixing, then shearing, heating, cooling, centrifuging and filtering are performed, so as to obtain a preservative containing carbon quantum dots, the preservative having a nano-diameter between 0.54 nm to 1.74 nm. A compound soymilk to which the nano-preservative is added has no significant change in sensory characteristics and is stored at room temperature, and the shelf life thereof can be extended to 4 days.

According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, by using relatively inexpensive bacitracin as a carbon source, no surface passivator is added; the bacitracin carbon quantum dot (B-CQDs) nanomaterial capable of realizing fluorescence tracking can be prepared by adopting a most widely used one-step hydrothermal method. The nanomaterial can be used as a nano-preservative and has the advantages of simple experimental steps, stable and prominent fluorescence and obvious antibacterial function, and brings gospel for solving the fresh-keeping problems of the current fruit and vegetable market.
