Ultrasonic assisted rapid preparation of superhydrophobic stainless steel surface and its application in oil/water separation.
Zongbo Zhang,Chunling Xu,Liu Wengang,Kai Wang,Yunlong Rao,Chen Jiang,Dawei Li,Yu Zhang,Xin Jiang,Xintong Chen,Changbin Xu +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a superhydrophobic surface with water contact angle (WCA) as high as 163.21° was achieved on 304 stainless steel surface by a rapid ultrasonic-assisted chemical etching method within 7min and a low-cost fluorine-free modification treatment.
