Patent
Protease with improved thermal stability as well as construction method and application thereof
Chen Jian,Juan Zhang,Baihong Liu,Du Guocheng +3 more
- 20 Feb 2013
TL;DR: In this paper, the keratinase gene of bacillus licheniformis BBE11-1 was subjected to site-directed mutation by using a sitedirected mutation technology and was cloned and linked to a bacilli subtilis expression vector pMA 0911; and bacillus subtiliis WB600 is transformed, and a BCAWB600-pMA0911-kerTB capable of producing the keratinase with better thermal stability can be obtained through purification tests.
