The invention relates to a 3D printing material and a preparation method thereof, and in particular, relates to a composite material for 3D printing and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the invention provides a composition comprising: 1) a polyester copolymer prepared by copolymerizing the following components: i) substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic or alicyclic polybasic acid, ii) substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic or alicyclic polyol, and iii) substituted or unsubstituted aromatic polybasic acid; 2) a chain extender; and 3) inorganic particles.

The invention relates to a water-based environment-friendly modified alkyd wood paint. The film forming matter is a modified alkyd emulsion which accounts for 50-80 wt% of the water-based wood paint; and the wood paint also comprises a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a thickener, a pH regulator and the like. The modified alkyd wood paint can effectively enhance the permeability of the coating for the substrate, and can also use recyclable biological resources in wood paint industry, thereby reducing the environmental pollution and lowering the production and application cost. The epoxy resin, flame-retardant resin, flame-retardant diluter and flame-retardant additive are utilized to form the compound system, thereby fully displaying the synergistic effects of the components, and greatly enhancing the flame retardancy of the flame-retardant paint.

The invention relates to an aqueous alkyd acrylic resin paint and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, high-molecular alkyd resin with main chain containing unsaturated double bond is synthesized through molecular design. Alkyd resin is subjected to free radical graft copolymerization with acrylic monomer. A reaction system is neutralized by using an amine compound, such that water-reducible alkyd acrylic resin is synthesized. Molecular chains of alkyd and acrylic resins are connected through chemical bond, such that the compatibility of the two resins is improved. In a material curing and shaping process, phase separation of the resin is avoided. Deionized water, a pigment, a filling material, an antifoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a siccative, and alkyd acrylic hybrid emulsion are uniformly dispersed, such that the aqueous alkyd acrylic resin paint is obtained. The aqueous alkyd acrylic resin paint comprises the components of: aqueous alkyd acrylic resin 65%-80%, the pigment 3%-4%, the filling material 6-10%, deionized water 10%-20%, the dispersing agent 0.05%-0.5%, the antifoaming agent 0.10%-0.30%, and the siccative 0.9%-3.5%.

The preparation method of the polyester resin comprises the steps of synthesizing the raw material DOPOMA with DOPO and MA at a molar ratio of 1:1.05, adding maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, glycol, propylene glycol and diethylene glycol, and directly synthesizing the flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin with a one-step method.
