Process for preparing polymer ultra-fine particles by applying supercritical fluid
Changming Wang,Xiuqin Zhang,Ying Zhao,Buxing Han,Dujin Wang +4 more
- 14 Apr 2010
TL;DR: In this paper, a process for preparing polymer ultra-fine particles by applying supercritical fluid was proposed, which utilizes the super-critical fluid to process one type of polymer or a mixture of various types of polymers to prepare polymer ultrafine particles or polymer micro-capsule ultra fine particles.

Integrated polymer spherulites growing from one homogeneous nucleation site in supercritical fluid
TL;DR: Integrated micro-sized spherulites of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), with one clear homogeneous nucleation site and sheaf-like lamellae, have been successfully prepared from supercritical fluid of ethanol, supplying a propagating stage from sheaflike dendrite to final spherical crystal as mentioned in this paper.
