TL;DR: In this paper, an arsenic-containing nano-drug and a preparation method for its preparation is described. But the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding ferrous salt into a denucleated ferritin solution, then adding a trivalent arsenic salt solution, forming ferrum-oxygen-arsenic compound nanoparticles in the inner cavity by in-situ precipitation of tri-valent arsenate salt and ferriferous fine nuclei in the Ferritin inner cavity.
