Study on genetic diversity in chilli (Capsicum annuum) based on multivariate analysis and isozyme analysis
TL;DR: Number of clusters in peroxidase and multivariate analysis were almost same but distribution of genotypes varied, suggesting that the two methods are complementary to each other and should be carried out simultaneously to determine genetic diversity more effectively.
