TL;DR: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial of oral inosine treatment in early Parkinson disease was conducted in this article, and the results showed no significant difference in the rate of clinical disease progression.

TL;DR: The association between PARKIN genotype and psychiatric co‐morbidities of Parkison's disease (PD) is characterized by severe nigral dopaminergic neuronal loss, a finding that may have implications for behaviors rooted in dopamine circuits such as obsessive‐compulsive symptoms (OCS).

An Extremely Aggressive Case of Marburg's Disease Treated With High Dose Cyclophosphamide. A Case Report
TL;DR: Clinical and radiological improvement was present with initiation of cyclophosphamide therapy in this refractory variant of MS and it is suggested that cycloph phosphamide may be a therapeutic alternative to induce clinical and Radiological improvement in Marburg Disease.

TL;DR: Data suggest that the R1514Q variant is not a pathogenic LRRK2 mutation, and it is imperative that the causative nature of any newly identified genetic variant be determined before it is included in any panel for diagnostic testing.
